Official Business ships within the United States only. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.
During peak release periods, sales, or holiday demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, carrier rates, and destination.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier activity, weather, or package volume. Once an item leaves our facility, carrier delays are out of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating in the carrier system.
Lost / Stolen Packages
Official Business is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package was stolen or delivered to the wrong location, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim. We will assist where possible, but replacement decisions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout.
Official Business is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
